Recently, I've rediscovered a TV series that has been running in Hong Kong since 1972, called “Under the Lion Rock” (《獅子山下》). I remember watching it during the 70s and 80s. The first few bars of the theme song tugged at my heartstrings, and tears streamed down my face. It was the anthem of my childhood.
