A Corporate Tsunami
How my attempt to speak the truth and hold executive leaders accountable resulted in a nasty slap on the face.
Dear Ponders,
I was waiting for the right moment to write to you again. What I meant by the “right” moment was that, I’ve been sick with pneumonia, and was planning to write when I’ve fully recovered. It’s been over two weeks now, with a delay in treatment thanks to a misdiagnosis at the ER. I’m still suffering from fatigue and painful symptoms. But at least I no longer run a daily fever.
But I’m done waiting. I feel the urge to write today, because I just can’t hold it in anymore. And no, it’s not about the misdiagnosis or my physical suffering. It’s about a tsunami that happened at my company and the injustice of it all.
